When it ships
- You confirm your preview and check out securely.
- We engrave, finish and pack your order. Ships in 3–5 business days after you order; some products list their own time.
- You get an email with tracking when it ships.
How we ship
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage (usually 2–5 days in transit), or UPS Ground when that's faster or safer for a large box. Every piece is wrapped to protect the engraving and finish.
Damaged in transit?
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the piece and the box, and we'll replace it at no charge. See our Returns policy.
